Casa Amanda is a gorgeous and perfectly formed Moraira villa. The villa takes in breathtaking views across the town of Moraira and is a private getaway suitable for a group or family of 4. The villa is set out on one floor in a raised position above the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool, the villa benefits from 2 spacious bedrooms, one large double and a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms and on the same level connected to the double living rooms. The main living room with flat screen TV, leather reclining seats / sofa, and stereo entertainment system is relaxing cool space where you can watch a movie in the evenings or play a game with the family. Adjoining this room is the dining room / naya where there is a further set of leather recliners and sofa with fully opening sliding windows to take in the view, watch the fun in the pool or relax with a book avoiding the midday sun. The cooling breeze through the windows while sipping your favourite drink is not to be missed. The twin bedroom also has a Samsung Smart TV with spanish digital channels and Netflix.
A separate modern and fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living rooms on the same floor, along with a small entrance hall.
The lower level which is down some exterior steps to the side of the villa takes you past the first of 2 separate charcoal BBQ areas. Once reach the lower level you are greeted by the immaculate terrace and pool with 4 sun loungers and a small cafe style table with 4 chairs, perfect for breakfast or a game of cards. To the left of the pool is a charming "casita" which contains more banquet comfy seating, an outdoor dining table and the second larger BBQ. Along with the BBQ you will find a breakfast bar, sink and fridge for those long relaxing afternoon BBQs.
There is a small garden area with shade from a pomegranate tree which is often fruiting.
Casa Amanda is a perfect family holiday spot with complete privacy and a mix of modern and traditional styles in equal measure. The villa is situated in the centre of a quiet urbanization on a an elevated plot with steps so may not be suitable for the very elderly. There are extensive family activities in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resort town of Moraira offers a fantastic range shops, bars and restaurants and there are a number of beaches within 6 minutes drive. The centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is a short taxi ride, a car is recommended when staying at this villa but it is not essential for those willing to take the 30 minute stroll in to town.
