The villa is situated 15 minutes drive from both Javea and Denia with everything they have to offer a family summer vacation. You arrive at the villa where there is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars, You move from the entrance of the villa into the open plan living room / dining room. The area is split into 3 - towards the rear is the well equipped kitchen , induction hob, sink, coffee machine and dishwasher and a kitchen island ideal for food preparation. The kitchen is spacious and has sight of the garden through the large french windows beyond the dining table.
Moving across the open living space is a dining table for 6 and a spacious living room with seating for 6 in front of the flat screen smart TV which has a full UK SKY TV package and international language channels in German, Dutch, French and English and also has An airconditioning unit . On the same level adjacent to the hallway is a bedroom with 2 single beds suitable for children and an office work space, this area has the flexibility to be both a twin and a single bedroom and office. The side of the house opens out to a delightful sun deck down a few steps with beautiful traditional tiled flooring and complete with sunbeds. There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills to enjoy from the pool and the amazing Montgo mountain as a backdrop to the rear. There is a quality gas BBQ for guests to enjoy cooking their favourite foods in the evening sun.
