Can Santosha is an attractive traditional Spanish villa set in 1300 square metres of Spanish countryside. Close to both Javea and Moraira. A great family villa with beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and surrounding almond groves.
The 10 x 5m pool has several sunbathing areas with sunbeds for all 6 guests, together with shady seating areas for when the sun is too hot. There is a large naya with table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a BBQ area with stylish stone garden table and seating for 6.
The naya (terrace) is fully glazed with sliding doors, so you can enjoy being outside in the evenings or if the wind gets up hide and enjoy the views. When its hot, slide back the glass doors to make it completely open. The whole villa is on a flat plot with off road parking in a very quiet area of the countryside. The villa is accessible to the elderly or disabled but wheelchair access is limited by a few small steps into the naya.
The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with oven, hob, new washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and a full set of cookware and utensils. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, and fitted with satellite TV. The TV has a good selection of Sky digital channels, including BBC News, ITV1, Ch4 and Ch5,(presently available) and also many Spanish Freeview channels with some interesting programs. There is WI-FI throughout the villa but due to its rural location this is not fibre optic speed with a maximum speed of around 30mbs.
There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin all with air-conditioning. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, with lots of hangers providing plenty of storage space.
The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. In addition, there is a separate shower room with wash-basin & WC.
The main bedroom has a safe fitted to keep your valuables.
A hair-dryer is provided for your use.
